As the Data Controller under the Personal Data Protection Act of 2019 ("PDPA"), we are obligated by law to provide you with this document to inform you of the reasons and methods by which we collect, use, or disclose your Personal Data. 6. Who We May Disclose Your Personal Data To

We will not disclose your Personal Data to third parties unless required by law for necessary operational purposes. In such cases, we may disclose Personal Data in the following circumstances:

6.1 Disclosing Personal Data to government agencies, authorized agencies, or any person when required by law or authorized to do so, including compliance with court orders.

6.2 Disclosing Personal Data to individuals or legal entities when necessary to fulfill contracts for your benefits as the Data Subject, as well as to improve and develop our services for your and others' benefits

6.4  We may store Personal Data in a cloud processing system (Cloud Computing) by using third-party services, whether located in Thailand or abroad, and/or with server providers in Thailand and/or overseas. We have entered into agreements with these parties with caution, taking into consideration the security systems provided by these service providers to safeguard Personal Data in compliance with data protection regulations.

We specify that external individuals or legal entities to whom we disclose or share your Personal Data as mentioned above must maintain confidentiality and protect your Personal Data in accordance with the standards set by the Personal Data Protection Act of 2019. They are allowed to use your Personal Data only for the specified purposes agreed upon between us and the external individuals or legal entities to prevent unauthorized disclosure and use of Personal Data information beyond the agreed-upon purposes.

7. Personal Data Retention Period

7.1 We retain your Personal Data for the necessary period to carry out the purposes of providing services, in accordance with the timeframes set by accounting standards, legal standards, and other relevant regulations.

7.2 When determining the retention period for Data, we consider factors such as quantity, nature of usage, service objectives, sensitivity of Personal Data, and potential risks arising from unauthorized data usage. The timeframe is also set in compliance with applicable laws.

7.3 Personal Data obtained through cookies when you use the website will be retained for no longer than 13 months or as required by relevant laws.

7.4 In cases where we are required to comply with the law, court orders, or establish legal rights to resolve any disputes, we may retain Personal Data for the legal retention period or until the resolution of such disputes, as applicable.

8.3 Right to Object: You have the right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Data at any time, especially if you suspect that it interferes with the purposes or necessary operations according to our legally compliant interests, or for public interest.

8.4 Right to Erasure or Anonymization: You have the right to request the deletion or anonymization of your Personal Data if you believe that your Personal Data has been collected, used, and/or disclosed without legal authorization or if you think that we no longer need to retain it for the purposes outlined in this Policy. You also have this right if you have exercised your right to withdraw consent or objected to the processing, as indicated above.

8.5 Right to Suspend Data Usage: You have the right to temporarily suspend the use of your Personal Data in cases where we are in the process of verifying your request to exercise rights to correct Personal Data or to object to its use, or in other cases where it is unnecessary, and you wish us to suspend instead of delete.
